Free, Fast and Easy Returns Process

1.What can I return? You may return item which is new, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To start a return, you can contact us at smilingpinker@gmail.com .Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

2.When will I get my refund? Usually in about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded within 7 days.After the carrier has received your item, it can take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return.

3.Where’s My Refund? You can check the payment method that was refunded and the status of your refund in Your Orders.

4.Does SMILING PINKER offer replacements and exchanges? Yes, you can contact us with attaching images of the item you received for replacement or exchange. If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll ship you a replacement of the exact item. If you would like to exchange an item for another, you can exchange for a different size or color or for an item in your Cart.
